Delivery Destinations & Timelines

We’re honored to share lapisflumecomfort with the world, delivering to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and select regions in the Middle East & Oceania. Here’s how we’ll bring your order home:

  • North America & Europe: 5–8 business days (a gentle journey across seas, with updates at every turn)
  • Asia Pacific (excl. remote areas): 4–7 business days (closer to our Hong Kong home, for quicker moments of joy)
  • Middle East & Oceania: 7–10 business days (taking the time to navigate distant shores, without rushing quality)
  • Note: Remote regions may require an extra 2–3 business days—we’ll always notify you if this applies to your order.

Tracking Your Precious Package

International Shipping Notes

Customs policies vary by region, and we kindly remind you that local duties, taxes, or fees may apply (these are determined by your country’s regulations, and are the responsibility of the recipient). We’ll include all necessary documentation to smooth the way through customs—so your order clears quickly, with no unexpected delays.

Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For the safest delivery, share a physical address where someone can receive and inspect your package.

Post-Delivery Care

When your package arrives, take a moment to unwrap it slowly—we hope the experience feels like opening a small gift.
